Byzantine Emperor Andronicus II Palaeologus orders his son, despot Kōnstantinos Paleologus, to place at the disposal of the monks of Hilandar Monastery the plateau of Matzista in the vicinity of the town Melenikos (Melnik, Bulgaria) which a certain Pouloulon, subordinate of despot Kōnstantinos Palaeologus, prevents them from occupying. With statement of month and indiction, but without the Emperor's signature. 11 lines.
